Workmanship Warranty
For All-In-One Installation
Introduction
Power Stash extends a 5-year limited warranty for the quality of workmanship related to the removal of your old inverters and the installation of the eCactus All-In-One inverter and battery unit under the terms of a Battery Storage System Agreement (“Workmanship Warranty”).
1. Warranty Beneficiaries
This Workmanship Warranty is granted to the residential customer specified in the Battery Storage System Agreement. Should ownership of the property (referred to as the “Site” in the Battery Storage System Agreement) change, this Workmanship Warranty can be transferred to the new owner for the remaining warranty period under the existing terms.
2. Warranty Scope
This 5-year Workmanship Warranty specifically covers defects arising from our workmanship in carrying out the installation at the Site detailed in the Battery Storage System Agreement. Separate from this is a 10-year product warranty on the eCactus All-In-One units themselves.
Within the 5-year Workmanship Warranty period, if a defect occurs due to our workmanship, Power Stash will at its own discretion and expense:
- Re-perform or repair the installation, or
- Replace any defective component supplied by us with a new or refurbished equivalent to correct the defect.
3. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
This Workmanship Warranty does not cover defects or losses caused by:
- Misuse of the installed eCactus system;
- Non-compliance with manufacturer’s guidelines;
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or relocations of any part of the system;
- Actions, omissions, or damages (intentional or unintentional) by the customer or third parties;
- Extreme environmental conditions (e.g., floods, lightning, land movement, etc.);
- Interference from external devices;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Failure to promptly notify Power Stash of the defects;
- Items or works not included in the original Battery Storage System Agreement.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Power Stash using one of the following methods:

- Your name, address, and contact number
- A detailed description of the suspected workmanship defect
- Supporting evidence for the defect
5. Additional Statutory Rights
This 5-year Workmanship Warranty is in addition to any other rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other relevant statutes.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a significant failure, along with compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
6. About Power Stash
This Workmanship Warranty is offered by the Power Stash entity specified in the Battery Storage System Agreement you entered into.
